Event Summary: Social Work Connections will spotlight a model of self-care launched in the Spokane region in early 2021 – the COVID Stress and Trauma Education Program (C-STEP). Join us to hear from the community and campus organizers/trainers, the community representatives who implemented C-STEP in their organizations, and the students who conducted workshops for peers

Speakers: Dr. Amanda Reedy, Chair & Professor of the School of Social Work; Ryan Oelrich, Executive Director Priority Spokane; Dr. Brian Davenport, EWU Director of Community Engagement; and, a panel of students and community members.

3 CE hours FREE for social workers. Requires post event feedback. The event will be in-person with a zoom option. Registrants will be notified by March 4, 2022 if the event will be fully online. EWU students may receive practicum field credit if approved by AFI. Masks will be required and seating will be distanced for the in-person event.
